Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 18, 2026 Effective Date: February 18, 2026

Palamo Dev Studio LLC ("Palamo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at palamostudio.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit and interact with the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including the contact form and chatbot. It does not apply to information collected offline, through other websites or applications, or by third parties that may link to or be accessible from the Site.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you use the contact form, you may provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company or organization name
  • Service interest
  • Message content

When you interact with the chatbot, you may provide conversational input including questions, project details, or contact information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects certain technical information through server logs, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Pages visited and referring URL
  • Date and time of access
  • Request metadata (headers, query parameters)

The Site uses no analytics services, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling tools. Automatic data collection is limited to standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider.

C. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses a single cookie:

  • NEXT_LOCALE — Stores your preferred language (e.g., "en", "es", "pt"). This is a first-party, functional cookie with a max-age of 1 year and SameSite: Lax policy.

This is the only cookie set by the Site. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form
  • Facilitate chatbot conversations to provide information about our services
  • Maintain and improve the Site's performance, security, and functionality
  • Comply with legal obligations

Contact form submissions are routed via an internal n8n automation workflow for response. The n8n instance is self-hosted on Palamo infrastructure and does not share data with external parties.

The chatbot does not retain conversation history between sessions. Each interaction begins fresh with no memory of prior exchanges.

We do not engage in AI profiling, automated decision-making, or any form of behavioral scoring based on your interactions with the Site.
